Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free or wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cup TeeChia Cranberry Apple

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add egg and vanilla
  3. Add gluten-free or wheat flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
  4. Mix well
  5. Add TeeChia
  6. Mix well again

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
